Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two-years restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two-years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in team building and training

Job Duties

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including crew and staff development, restaurant cleanliness, and financial performance
  • Maintaining and driving high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Understanding and performing every job in the restaurant
  • Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as ultimate decision-maker
  • Engaging in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Building effective teams through training, development, and providing performance feedback
