Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a restaurant or retail team
  • experience in quick service restaurant (QSR) or pizza industry preferred
  • strong leadership and recruitment capabilities

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional quality and service
  • take full ownership of store performance including operations, staffing, cost control, and customer satisfaction
  • recruit and develop team members to support expansion efforts
  • build a winning culture characterized by accountability, teamwork, and clear communication
  • ensure operational excellence through proper scheduling, food cost control, and adherence to Jet's Pizza standards
  • drive growth and profitability while maintaining a positive team environment
  • manage day-to-day store activities to meet sales and performance goals
