Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
  • prior restaurant experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • compliance with food safety regulations
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • willingness to adapt and support restaurant needs

  • Previous restaurant management experience

  • business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
