Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
  • Proven experience in revenue management and financial oversight
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence

Job Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue management and market trend analysis
  • Experience leading complex, multi-outlet food and beverage operations
  • Visionary approach to hotel programming and guest experience design
  • Passion for arts, music, and entertainment industries with experience integrating cultural narratives
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong multitasking and project management abilities
  • Vibrant and sociable personality capable of engaging guests and building community
  • Adaptability to non-traditional work hours including late nights

Job Duties

  • Manage owners' assets with a focus on maximizing returns and demonstrating Hyatt's value proposition
  • Develop and execute multi-year property business strategy focusing on brand positioning
  • Maintain and enhance positive relationships with property ownership
  • Utilize data insights to inform business decisions and improve practices
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and planning including departmental P&Ls
  • Optimize sales and revenue management strategies for growth and profitability
  • Lead capital planning and property improvement initiatives
  • Embrace technology to drive performance and engagement
  • Ensure the safety of colleagues and guests
  • Align property operations and services with brand standards
