Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within golf course management or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week with consistent on-site presence
  • Willingness to relocate for growth opportunities
  • Knowledge of federal state and local laws applicable to club operations
  • Proficient in use of relevant software and technology platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in golf course or hospitality management
  • Strong financial acumen including expertise in P and L management forecasting budgeting and problem resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in staff recruitment development and retention
  • Ability to engage with members guests and team members professionally and courteously
  • Commitment to uphold company standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all departments including golf operations food and beverage merchandising and agronomy ensuring strong collaboration and achievement of goals
  • Partner with corporate revenue sales and marketing teams to design and execute innovative programming marketing plans sales strategies and pricing models
  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term operational and financial plans to drive growth and sustainability
  • Recruit develop and retain high-performing staff through strong leadership and professional development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with national programs such as Players Club Core Beverage Program Menu Program Approved Product List Beverage Bartender Program
  • Monitor forecasts budgets payroll revenues inventories and expenses on a daily weekly basis to ensure financial targets are met
  • Maintain strict financial controls and reporting practices
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by reviewing member feedback surveys and implementing action plans for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and regulations
