Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations
- Previous experience with industrial cooking
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer service and satisfaction
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications

Job Duties
- Managing all functions of the food service department and its resources
- Manage and lead a team of associates including hiring and training new employees
- Ensuring that staff meet all culinary safety and sanitation standards and regulations
- Budgeting for the department including purchasing ingredients and ensuring financial targets and forecasts are met
- Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding dining service technical and administrative aspects
- Addressing customer service needs
