Job Requirements
- Completion of G.E.D. or high school diploma
- Minimum three years of experience in sales, management, or people development
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable
- Capability to organize multiple priorities and meet objectives
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move throughout the store, and lift up to 30 pounds overhead

Job Duties
- Lead a confident and knowledgeable team that delivers a differentiated experience for customers
- Listen and respond to internal and external customers and build strong relationships
- Drive change in key areas impacting customer experience and use feedback to coach and recognize teams
- Inspect store pages for accuracy to prevent negative customer experiences due to incorrect information
- Manage the appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the retail building and equipment
- Create and oversee day-to-day execution of strategic plan driving sales and profitability
- Make business decisions assessing market competition, customer insights, and company reporting
- Maintain compliance with company directives, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
- Lead a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance and hold others accountable
- Inspect staff schedules for proper allocation to support peak traffic and key events
- Promote a fun, inclusive, and people-first working atmosphere with accountability
- Drive improvements in associate engagement and retention
- Develop and monitor individual development plans for store leaders
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular performance feedback to assistant general managers
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team with area-specific expertise
- Oversee compensation, disciplinary, and HR-related actions according to company standards
