Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of hotel management experience
- demonstrated leadership abilities
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- understanding of hotel operations and guest services
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
- Ensure the hotel is guest ready by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and addressing guest concerns promptly
- Manage and address guest reviews to maintain excellent review standards
- Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
- Manage budgets, control labor costs, occupancy, and profit and loss
- Network within the local community to promote the property and build strong relationships with competitors, local organizations, and key clients
- Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- Assist with housekeeping duties, laundry, and public space needs as required
- Cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity during absences
- Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security of property and guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
