Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food or casual dining
- ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest
- ability to push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good hand-eye coordination
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- visual acuity including close, distance, color and peripheral vision
- ability to manage multiple projects and shifts
- availability to work weekends
- compliance with state alcohol service laws where applicable

- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and handle employee disciplinary actions including termination
- shape and maintain restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to the management team and staff
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food, labor scheduling and review financial reports
- manage P&L by controlling food and labor costs
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- perform other duties as assigned
