Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience
  • valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • completion of management and development training programs
  • ability to work minimum 50 hours per week
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • discretion and independent judgment
  • basic computer literacy
  • physical ability to perform job tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality, business, or restaurant management preferred
  • minimum 5 years restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to analyze financial statements
  • proficiency with restaurant equipment and POS systems
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage
  • bilingual skills are a plus
  • certification through management training programs
  • Serve Safe Food or Alcohol Certification preferred
