Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
  • Availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
  • Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
  • MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and employment laws
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of business development and strategy implementation
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • Manage hiring, training, and retention efforts to reach sales and profit goals
  • Operate the restaurant with an eye to the bottom line, treating it as your own business
  • Interpret P&L statements to influence and improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws
  • Drive growth through effective sales management and business development strategies
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship management and deliver outstanding customer service
