Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
- Availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
- MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of business development and strategy implementation
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Lead the Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Manage hiring, training, and retention efforts to reach sales and profit goals
- Operate the restaurant with an eye to the bottom line, treating it as your own business
- Interpret P&L statements to influence and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws
- Drive growth through effective sales management and business development strategies
- Maintain excellent customer relationship management and deliver outstanding customer service
