Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Physical ability to meet required tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • Develop yourself and others with a focus on self-improvement and supporting team success
  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability as if you own the operation
  • Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective action
  • Create positive customer experiences and encourage teams to say yes to every guest
  • Take ownership of every shift and take pride in your job
  • Foster collaboration and work with others for group success
