Job Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
- Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- Develop yourself and others with a focus on self-improvement and supporting team success
- Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability as if you own the operation
- Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective action
- Create positive customer experiences and encourage teams to say yes to every guest
- Take ownership of every shift and take pride in your job
