Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment

- Strong business knowledge including P&L management, sales forecasting, and staffing

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient business performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to build a strong, motivated team
- Maintain food safety and quality standards while ensuring a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Execute sales forecasting, budget management, and P&L responsibilities
- Lead local marketing efforts such as fundraisers and community engagement initiatives
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by fostering a customer-focused culture
- Provide hands-on support by assisting team members across various operational needs
