Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and consistently surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Build a high-performing, diverse team by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while setting clear goals and expectations
  • Coach and mentor your Personal Care Associates (PCAs), equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding results
  • Address any performance or operational issues promptly, providing coaching and guidance to team members to foster growth and ensure alignment with company standards
  • Cultivate growth and development within your team by providing training, mentorship, and leveraging individual strengths to unlock potential
  • Optimize productivity through accurate payroll forecasting, ensuring alignment with sales goals and efficient workload management
  • Take ownership of profit and loss (P&L), strategically driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and addressing underperformance with innovative solutions
