Job Duties
- Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and consistently surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build a high-performing, diverse team by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while setting clear goals and expectations
- Coach and mentor your Personal Care Associates (PCAs), equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding results
- Address any performance or operational issues promptly, providing coaching and guidance to team members to foster growth and ensure alignment with company standards
- Cultivate growth and development within your team by providing training, mentorship, and leveraging individual strengths to unlock potential
- Optimize productivity through accurate payroll forecasting, ensuring alignment with sales goals and efficient workload management
- Take ownership of profit and loss (P&L), strategically driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and addressing underperformance with innovative solutions
