Job Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong leadership and guest service skills
  • Ability to resolve issues according to company standards

Job Duties

  • Serve as a brand champion representing Krystal in the restaurant and community
  • Engage in business planning including sales forecasting, schedule creation, and financial action plans
  • Maintain the facility ensuring safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency
  • Coach and motivate shift leaders and assistant managers
  • Recruit and develop top grade talent
