Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Ability to resolve issues according to company standards

Job Duties
- Develop people by promoting teamwork, respecting everyone, impressing customers, delivering results and exemplifying integrity
- Create great guest experiences through fresh, friendly and fast service
- Serve as a brand champion representing Krystal in the restaurant and community
- Engage in business planning including sales forecasting, schedule creation, and financial action plans
- Maintain the facility ensuring safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Coach and motivate shift leaders and assistant managers
- Recruit and develop top grade talent
