Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 4 years prior restaurant leadership experience
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations according to company policies and procedures
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and address employee issues including discipline and termination
  • promote a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
  • occasionally assist with category job duties
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profitability
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
  • control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
  • manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
  • oversee inventory process and portion control
  • optimize employee schedules using labor scheduling tools
  • maintain restaurant equipment and facility
  • perform other duties as assigned
