Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years prior restaurant leadership experience
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- basic computer skills
- ability to comply with state age requirements for alcohol service if applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations according to company policies and procedures
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and address employee issues including discipline and termination
- promote a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- occasionally assist with category job duties
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profitability
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- oversee inventory process and portion control
- optimize employee schedules using labor scheduling tools
- maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- perform other duties as assigned
