Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to model professional appearance and behavior
- Valid age to serve alcohol where applicable
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management and staff
- Assist team members with category job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, safety codes and company policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew safety
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, financial reporting, and scheduling
- Manage food, labor, and carryout costs
- Manage weekly inventory and ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
