Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Capability to manage financial controls and labor schedules
- Ability to maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and access all restaurant areas
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees
- Direct work assignments, appraise performance, and handle employee discipline including terminations
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to promote employee success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to the management team
- Implement corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling to maximize revenue
- Manage guest interactions and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work practices for employees and guests
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Oversee cash control, inventory, food and labor management, and financial reporting
- Manage P&L including food, labor and carryout costs
- Follow recipes and portion control to control food costs
- Optimize employee schedules to manage labor costs
- Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain facility and assets
- Perform additional duties as assigned
