Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements such as bending, reaching overhead, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

Job Duties

  • Develop yourself and others - focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others
  • Lead your four-wall operation like you own it - from people development, to inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
