Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing
- Must be able to meet physical requirements such as bending, reaching overhead, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

Job Duties
- Develop yourself and others - focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others
- Lead your four-wall operation like you own it - from people development, to inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
