Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum 2 years experience managing or supervising a team in a restaurant or retail customer service business
- valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
- familiarity with OSHA, EEOC regulations and other relevant laws
- ServSafe certification
- able to work minimum 45 hours per week including diverse shifts and weekends
- able to work under stressful conditions
- able to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- occasional travel less than 10%
- maintain store office space with remote video meetings
- tolerate exposure to high and low temperatures
- handle allergen-related items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- minimum 2 years experience as manager or supervisor in restaurant or retail customer service
- valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS
- knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and relevant laws
- ServSafe certification
- passion for health and fitness preferred
