Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • basic business math and accounting knowledge

  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Develop financial plans/budgets and monitor performance to meet financial goals including food & beverage sales
  • control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communication
  • supervise and direct training for all staff ensuring proficiency in guest service and company standards
  • manage multiple departments and conduct performance meetings
  • review profit and loss statements regularly and adjust plans accordingly
  • maintain team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • resolve customer complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand food and beverage program maintaining high quality standards
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
