Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Job Duties
- Develop financial plans/budgets and monitor performance to meet financial goals including food & beverage sales
- control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communication
- supervise and direct training for all staff ensuring proficiency in guest service and company standards
- manage multiple departments and conduct performance meetings
- review profit and loss statements regularly and adjust plans accordingly
- maintain team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- resolve customer complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand food and beverage program maintaining high quality standards
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
