Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- in-depth understanding of 85°C products and future concepts
- demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
- ability to foster an owner mentality among self and subordinate managers
- familiarity with daily store operations
- experience managing high volume stores supervising ten or more employees
- ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
- capability for continuous standing and walking
- tolerance for exposure to temperature extremes in coolers and freezers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- AA degree, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence and ability to communicate complex information clearly
- in-depth understanding of 85°C products and future concepts
- demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
- ability to foster an owner mentality among self and subordinate managers
- familiarity with daily store operations from opening to closing
- experience managing high volume stores with direct supervision of ten or more employees
- ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
- maintain high personal sales level and drive store results through others
- support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents
- deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest
- drive customer service by coaching and modelling the desired behaviors
- maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- monitor and meet the performance standard including but not limited to 85°C policies, core values, and standard operating procedure
