Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • in-depth understanding of 85°C products and future concepts
  • demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
  • ability to foster an owner mentality among self and subordinate managers
  • familiarity with daily store operations
  • experience managing high volume stores supervising ten or more employees
  • ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
  • capability for continuous standing and walking
  • tolerance for exposure to temperature extremes in coolers and freezers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • AA degree, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence and ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • in-depth understanding of 85°C products and future concepts
  • demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
  • ability to foster an owner mentality among self and subordinate managers
  • familiarity with daily store operations from opening to closing
  • experience managing high volume stores with direct supervision of ten or more employees
  • ability to work full-time including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
  • maintain high personal sales level and drive store results through others
  • support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents
  • deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest
  • drive customer service by coaching and modelling the desired behaviors
  • maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • monitor and meet the performance standard including but not limited to 85°C policies, core values, and standard operating procedure
