- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Ability to manage and direct team members
- Passion for training and team development
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations including local marketing initiatives
- Manage Profit and Loss statement and control operational costs
- Lead and develop the restaurant management team through training and engagement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safety, and sanitation standards
- Drive community connection and oversee fundraising activities
- Maintain high standards for guest experience and service
- Champion change and foster a positive work environment
