Job Duties

  • Lead all people aspects of a Fired Pie restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
  • Ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
  • Lead all guest components including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness
  • Manage all financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
  • Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures, and practices utilized within the unit
  • Understand ways in which the unit relates to and impacts the company mission P.I.E.
  • Seek information regarding trends affecting the food service industry
