Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good dexterity for handling kitchen equipment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members

  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability within your operation
  • Perform regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective actions when necessary
  • Foster collaboration and work with others to achieve group success
