Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Proficient with standard computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Willingness to cover shifts when necessary

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
  • Manage and address guest reviews
  • Follow brand guidelines and operational deadlines
  • Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and profit and loss
  • Network within the local community to promote the hotel
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping and daily laundry duties as needed
  • Cover employee shifts to maintain operational continuity
  • Enforce emergency procedures and security measures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
