Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Proficient with standard computer applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Willingness to cover shifts when necessary

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- Manage and address guest reviews
- Follow brand guidelines and operational deadlines
- Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and profit and loss
- Network within the local community to promote the hotel
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist with housekeeping and daily laundry duties as needed
- Cover employee shifts to maintain operational continuity
- Enforce emergency procedures and security measures
- Perform other duties as assigned
