Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the quick service management restaurant industry
  • A high school diploma
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Understanding of profit and loss interpretation
  • Familiarity with positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or relevant field preferred
  • Strong understanding of P&L and financial metrics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant management team and team members through performance and training initiatives
  • Hire, train, and retain staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on profitability
  • Utilize P&L interpretation to influence financial outcomes
  • Resolve conflicts using positive strategies
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers
  • Manage physical demands typical of a restaurant environment
