Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining leadership roles preferred
- College or culinary education preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol serving positions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

- Proficiency in computer usage

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Ensure high employee engagement and shape restaurant culture
- Coach and mentor team for job success and guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team with duties as needed
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and sales building activities
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service concerns
- Maintain cost controls and profit management
- Enforce safety protocols and meet health codes
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
- Manage employee schedules and labor cost efficiency
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform other duties as assigned
