Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years’ relevant experience preferred including at least 2 years in supervisory role
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and Outlook
- CMM certification preferred
- experience with budgets, salary administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and slip leasing preferred
- ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift 25 pounds
- strong leadership and communication skills
- commitment to safety and environmental compliance
- willingness to engage positively in a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day operations and management of the business
- demonstrate excellent customer service to members and teammates alike
- supervise and train all marina teammates including coordinating training, mentoring and onboarding activities
- manage maintenance work throughout the facility to ensure safety, property and equipment standards, and aesthetic appearance
- coordinate with marketing team to manage slip and service sales in accordance with brand standards
- manage member and guest relations effectively and handle escalated issues
- oversee maintenance performance on buildings, facilities, docks, lifts, equipment, member areas and grounds
- sustain and optimize profitability, performance and guest satisfaction
- establish and manage budgets, proactively handling variances and creating new profit centers
- supervise inventory control for parts and ship stores
- maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and local authorities
- comply with all safety procedures and regulations (OSHA, EPA, DEEP, Department of Labor)
- support capital expenditure projects
- work with HR for hiring, training and retention activities
- support corporate onboarding of new SHM marinas
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
