Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, service, training, and compliance
- Own profit and loss performance by understanding and managing financial metrics
- Build and maintain a reliable team culture focused on speed, accuracy, and hospitality
- Drive labor, food cost, and cost of goods sold to optimize profitability
- Work on the floor alongside team members to lead by example and ensure smooth service
- Train and hold team members accountable to high operational standards
- Implement policies and procedures to comply with health and safety regulations
