Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience managing a QSR or fast-casual restaurant

  • Understanding of P&L management and business financials

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, service, training, and compliance
  • Own profit and loss performance by understanding and managing financial metrics
  • Build and maintain a reliable team culture focused on speed, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Drive labor, food cost, and cost of goods sold to optimize profitability
  • Work on the floor alongside team members to lead by example and ensure smooth service
  • Train and hold team members accountable to high operational standards
  • Implement policies and procedures to comply with health and safety regulations
