Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or hotel management
  • ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk frequently
  • keen attention to detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience in hospitality management
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience with inventory and cash management
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and health regulations

Job Duties

  • oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
  • monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the executive chef
  • maintain a very clean work environment
  • monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
  • record all deliveries and any errors
  • coach and support new and existing staff members
  • oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
  • weekly trip to the bank
  • oversee reservations and work with assistant manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for
  • maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
  • make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
  • maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
