Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or hotel management
- ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk frequently
- keen attention to detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- proven leadership experience in hospitality management
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience with inventory and cash management
- knowledge of restaurant operations and health regulations
Job Duties
- oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
- monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the executive chef
- maintain a very clean work environment
- monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
- record all deliveries and any errors
- coach and support new and existing staff members
- oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
- weekly trip to the bank
- oversee reservations and work with assistant manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for
- maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
- make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
- maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
