Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older to be a manager
- previous general manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- ability to lead and develop a team
- availability to work flexible hours
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- work with leader to set restaurant's goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- monitor progress of each department to drive operational improvements
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain a positive and productive team environment
- manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development
