Job Description

This job posting is for a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older to be a manager
  • previous general manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
  • work with leader to set restaurant's goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
  • monitor progress of each department to drive operational improvements
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain a positive and productive team environment
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development
