Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years management experience in full service restaurant or entertainment environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Proficient with budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Must be able to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals
- Drive food and beverage sales
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff including guest service and food and beverage operations
- Conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans
- Maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- Ensure guest service goals are met and resolve customer complaints
- Oversee and expand Food and Beverage program with quality standards
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
