Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years management experience in full service restaurant or entertainment environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in food and beverage management
  • Proficient with budgeting and financial analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Solid communication skills

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals
  • Drive food and beverage sales
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
  • Supervise and direct regular training for all staff including guest service and food and beverage operations
  • Conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • Ensure guest service goals are met and resolve customer complaints
  • Oversee and expand Food and Beverage program with quality standards
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
