Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 5 years of management experience in full service restaurant or similar food service environment
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • proficiency in guest service and food & beverage operations
  • understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • capability to maintain high morale and manage HR issues
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center’s financial goals including driving food & beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations of the center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with team
  • supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • supervise assistant general managers, facility managers, kitchen managers, and event managers
  • manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular performance review meetings with management team
  • review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust action plans accordingly
  • maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately maintaining overall guest service goals
  • oversee management and expansion of food & beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training to support corporate initiatives and a thriving sales culture
  • exhibit flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
