Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff management and adherence to company policies
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • appraise performance and manage disciplinary actions including terminations
  • foster a positive work culture and ensure high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to enhance guest satisfaction
  • communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • assist with category job duties as needed
  • drive sales through suggestive selling and maximize table turnover
  • maintain operational efficiency with cost control and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • enforce safe work practices
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness
  • control inventory and scheduling
  • manage food and labor costs
  • maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
  • perform all other assigned duties
