Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff management and adherence to company policies
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- appraise performance and manage disciplinary actions including terminations
- foster a positive work culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to enhance guest satisfaction
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist with category job duties as needed
- drive sales through suggestive selling and maximize table turnover
- maintain operational efficiency with cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work practices
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control inventory and scheduling
- manage food and labor costs
- maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- perform all other assigned duties
