Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years professional experience
- Strong management skills
- Strong influence, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills
- General business acumen
- Expert knowledge of all restaurant computer systems such as Resy, Opentable, POS systems
- Able to quickly integrate into a team and be recognized as a leader
- Able to delegate effectively

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Lead and mentor floor managers and staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop risk management and mitigation strategies
- Investigate and settle grievances in the absence of the general manager
- Maintain corporate mandates and daily reports
- Analyze staffing needs and develop plans
- Screen, interview, and recruit applicants
- Coach and train management staff
- Monitor team morale, productivity, and fiscal responsibility
- Track expenses and financial activities
- Assist in setting sales forecasts and profitability reports
- Communicate sales and key issues to senior leadership
- Increase sales through marketing and staff incentives
- Manage budgets including revenues, cost of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and address variances
