- 10+ years of management experience in a client and customer-focused environment such as parking hospitality retail or property management
- bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related field
- proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets delivering high levels of customer satisfaction developing and maintaining B2B relationships and creating a world-class work environment
- strong team building and customer service skills
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- lead the business strategy and operations for the Milwaukee market with full responsibility for daily operations and client relationships
