Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong business knowledge including P&L management
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Run daily restaurant operations efficiently ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety standards
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage sales forecasting, staffing schedules, and P&L to achieve business targets
- Oversee food preparation ensuring safety, cleanliness, and consistency in menu delivery
- Implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement programs
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service standards and resolving issues promptly
- Participate actively in restaurant floor operations as needed to support the team
