Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong business knowledge including P&L management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Run daily restaurant operations efficiently ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety standards
  • Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage sales forecasting, staffing schedules, and P&L to achieve business targets
  • Oversee food preparation ensuring safety, cleanliness, and consistency in menu delivery
  • Implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement programs
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service standards and resolving issues promptly
  • Participate actively in restaurant floor operations as needed to support the team
