Job Qualifications
- Management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- History of proven results
- Positive high energy superior hospitality personality
- Ability to motivate and lead staff
- Demonstrated knowledge of all menu items
- Experience in writing up performance improvement action plans
- Ability to conduct meetings and communicate operational reports effectively
Job Duties
- Train develop and provide career growth to employees
- Maintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per week
- Manage up to 100 employees
- Provide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experience
- Oversee the execution of the Via 313 brand daily
- Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
- Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standards
