Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • open availability during all restaurant hours including pre-opening and post-closing
  • dependable with ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • three or more years of quick service restaurant management experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience managing units with drive-thrus preferred
  • ServSafe Manager certification preferred
  • high school diploma preferred
  • valid state driver's license and active automobile insurance with required liability coverage
  • working personal vehicle for management tasks
  • physical ability to tolerate noise, extreme temperatures, and other elements
  • ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, twist at waist
  • ability to push, pull, lift up to 10 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally
  • ability to reach, grasp, manipulate objects throughout shift
  • ability to occasionally climb ladders
  • ability to stand for long periods without breaks
  • ability to work under pressure and remain calm

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of quick service restaurant management experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience managing drive-thru units preferred
  • ServSafe Manager certification preferred
  • high school diploma preferred
  • valid state driver's license and active personal automobile insurance
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

Job Duties

  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
  • develop assistant managers to oversee restaurant in General Manager's absence
  • execute brand training programs and implement additional training plans
  • maintain highest personal and professional appearance and ensure team does the same
  • deliver unbeatable work culture driving engagement, retention, and reducing turnover
  • provide praise and recognition for positive behaviors
  • implement progressive discipline for performance deficiencies or policy non-compliance
  • ensure team adheres to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • establish build to's and manage production systems to prevent food shortages
  • lead team to prepare and serve food to brand recipes and standards
  • train team to create extraordinary guest experiences and meet service goals
  • achieve speed of service goals without compromising quality
  • investigate and resolve guest feedback and concerns
  • conduct retraining and coaching based on feedback
  • maintain clean, safe restaurant environment and meet brand standards
  • conduct daily or shift evaluations to assess operations and coach team
  • identify and address operational gaps promptly
  • achieve high health department ratings and pass brand evaluations
  • review financial reports to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • implement plans to increase traffic counts and average check
  • maintain accuracy of cash, sales, inventory, and other data
  • ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded
  • stay updated on brand and company initiatives and maintain team communication
  • report injuries or incidents promptly to District Manager
  • participate in company calls and meetings
  • complete or delegate daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork accurately
  • ensure safety protocols and report facility issues
  • implement marketing campaigns and product training
  • complete all duties timely and accurately
  • maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
