Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- compliance with state alcohol serving laws if applicable
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- capable of effective verbal communication and sensory abilities
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willing to adhere to company safety standards and procedures

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline staff including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- foster a positive workplace culture and engage employees
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional and hospitable behavior
- communicate sales performance and expected variances to management
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist with category job duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling activities
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health and safety compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage schedules using labor scheduling tools
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform additional duties as assigned
