Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- automobile with required insurance coverage available for company use
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- completion of all internal certification programs

- proficiency in math concepts including fractions percentages ratios and proportions

- able to work 50-65 hours per week
Job Duties
- operate the restaurant efficiently promoting friendly service and high-quality food
- maintain cleanliness sanitation organization of all restaurant areas and communicate special needs to District Manager
- exhibit high awareness in customer relations and promote same to all team members
- recruit interview hire or approve hiring of all hourly team members
- ensure I-9 form compliance with all new hires
- properly train or ensure all personnel are properly trained
- monitor product inventory plan stock rotation and maintain storage facilities
- complete inventory counts and forms daily weekly and at period end
- purchase receive all items and verify invoice accuracy
- process administrative forms invoices and paperwork as instructed by District Manager
- adhere to production standards to maintain product quality and control food cost
- schedule personnel weekly and assign specific duties
- manage labor costs effectively
- understand and manage P&Ls to run operations
- follow in-store marketing guidelines and promotional display standards
- carry out public relations assignments
- implement and maintain preventative maintenance for equipment and premises
- maintain proper security and follow security guidelines
- carry out operational procedures per company manuals
- assist in planning organizing and participating to achieve company goals
- ensure all employees follow cash handling procedures
- maintain computer and operating reports
- complete shift change procedures
- be proficient in all team member positions
- conduct timely and accurate performance reviews
- follow company policies when counseling documenting or discharging employees
- maintain speed of service standards
- ensure uniform and appearance compliance
- forecast sales production and labor needs
- ensure policy compliance
- make guests feel special
- perform other duties assigned by management
