Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience in family, fast-food or casual dining preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to plan, organize and lead teams effectively
- Dedication to providing exceptional guest service
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands, bend, stoop, taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Compliance with company safety and health regulations
- Ability to operate computers and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to model professional behavior and appearance.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary school education preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Dedication to guest service excellence
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff including execution of company policies and procedures
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to management
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities for quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor management, financial reporting and scheduling
- Manage food cost, labor cost, carryout cost, and other controllable expenses
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Oversee weekly inventory process
- Optimize labor schedules and monitor through labor scheduling tools
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform all other assigned duties.
