Job Requirements

- Demonstrate ability to lead and develop a team

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and support Department Managers in setting departmental goals and improving performance
- Provide coaching and direction to improve all departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor the restaurant operations to meet critical customer standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with company policies
