Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
- availability to work flexible hours including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
- ability to use hands and arms for handling tasks
- good vision including close and color vision
- commitment to upholding company policies and professionalism

- experience in restaurant or hotel management preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
- monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef
- maintain a very clean work environment
- monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
- record all deliveries and any errors
- coach and support new and existing staff members
- oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
- weekly trip to the bank
- oversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for
- maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
- make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
- maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
