Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • ability to use hands and arms for handling tasks
  • good vision including close and color vision
  • commitment to upholding company policies and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
  • monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef
  • maintain a very clean work environment
  • monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
  • record all deliveries and any errors
  • coach and support new and existing staff members
  • oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
  • weekly trip to the bank
  • oversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for
  • maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
  • make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
  • maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
