Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience is required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Must meet state age requirements for alcohol-serving restaurants where applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity and sensory skills required
- Must be able to communicate verbally and visually
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Commitment to safety and sanitation policy adherence
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience in restaurant management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Proficiency in basic business math and accounting

- Experience with P&L management and cost control

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and company policy implementation
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and handling disciplinary actions
- Build a positive restaurant culture to enhance employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for employee success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and foster a hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Promote sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Engage with guests to resolve food quality and service issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work practices
- Monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- Control daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and scheduling
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion controls to manage food cost
- Optimize labor schedules and monitor sales performance
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
