Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel management
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Local market knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance

  • Build effective teams and inspire individuals to achieve their best
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and implement dynamic revenue management
  • Drive profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls
  • Maintain strong owner relations and partnerships
  • Adapt to operational demands with varying shift days, starting times, and hours
