Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background checks and any required drug screenings
- Capable of standing or remaining stationary for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English
- Ability to perform physical activity including bending, stooping, and crouching
- Must hold or be willing to obtain all required certifications and licenses
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality assurance protocols
- Must have basic computer skills and aptitude for technology use

- Valid Driver's License required
- Basic knowledge of the local market
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, or service industries preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Use guests' names whenever possible to foster a welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively to achieve high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with urgency and hospitality
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and promote hotel events and group functions
- Operate relevant technology and answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front and back-of-house areas
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as necessary
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Prepare and review shift handover reports
- Ensure team members wear clean, approved uniforms and maintain grooming standards
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces
- Oversee onboarding and training of new team members
- Manage auditing and reporting processes including Daily Summary and Night Audit
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality assurance protocols
- Enforce proper attire standards among staff
- Certify fire and life safety inspections are current and deficiencies corrected
- Confirm preventative maintenance tasks are completed thoroughly
- Monitor employee adherence to work schedules
- Foster a culture of learning and safety
- Provide daily coaching and feedback
- Review team member time clock punches for accuracy
- Oversee purchase order processes and invoice signoffs
- Manage inventory and maintain approved storage areas
- Participate in leadership walk-throughs and respond to audit findings
