Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to drive
  • Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local or state food service certification preferred
  • Skills in cash management planning organization and effective communication

Job Duties

  • Provide quality products by building a system of quality with team members which ensures each product meets standards and customer orders
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns or issues
  • Solicit customer feedback share it with team and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty
  • Communicate train and promote quality standards to team members using available tools including Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook
  • Actively recruit customer focused team members maintain adequate staffing properly orient and train staff ensure compliance with appearance standards set performance expectations conduct performance reviews document and address performance issues take disciplinary action when needed coach and develop team members build an atmosphere of teamwork and fun
  • Manage sales goals versus budget and prior year by providing prompt friendly customer service building check averages and executing local marketing strategies
  • Manage profit goals versus budget and prior year ensuring food labor and other controllable costs stay within budget correct budget deviations using FOCUS System develop and implement plans to resolve trends enhance profits manage administrative cash handling inventory levels restaurant maintenance safety and security
