Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for manipulation
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Ability to see clearly and access all areas of the restaurant
- Must comply with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- Available to work various shifts including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining safe work environment

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy enforcement
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards and disciplinary actions
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and operational updates to management team
- Support team members with job duties as needed
- Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost control and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, and scheduling
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Oversee equipment use and facility maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
