Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for manipulation
  • Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
  • Ability to see clearly and access all areas of the restaurant
  • Must comply with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
  • Available to work various shifts including weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining safe work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy enforcement
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work
  • Appraise employee performance and administer rewards and disciplinary actions
  • Foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members for guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and operational updates to management team
  • Support team members with job duties as needed
  • Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • Greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations with cost control and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, inventory, and scheduling
  • Manage P&L including food and labor costs
  • Oversee equipment use and facility maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
